哇...去找了一下痘痘的圖, 看到很多很恐怖又噁心的照片!
所以還是覺得放漫畫好了...... (心有餘悸中...)

一顆顆的痘痘叫 pimple(s)
比如: I have a huge pimple on the side of my nose.
但 ”青春痘” 這種 ”病” 叫 acne [ˋækni]
但要注意的是, acne 是 ”面皰” 這種毛病的名稱
所以就像 cancer 一樣, 是不可數名詞, 不能像 pimple 一樣加 s
要說一個人有很多痘痘, 可以說: He has a lot of pimples.
或 He has an acne problem. / He has acne.
另外也有個字叫 zit
它指的是那種腫得很大一顆, 冒出小 ”白頭”, 而且裡面是一顆硬硬的東西那樣的膿包
但 pimple 就是擠出來是液狀的白膿那種
不過你去查字典是看不出它們有什麼不同的... (自己倒是應該都長過, 對吧? )
(天哪...看來要解釋清楚只好描述這些噁心的畫面了...哈哈! )
