但 ”做瑜珈” 的動詞是什麼呢?
”做” 瑜珈可以用 do 或 practice
practice 這個字並非只有 ”練習” 的意思
事實上它也有 ”做”, “實施” 等意思
我們可以造句: She does yoga twice a week. = She practices yoga twice a week.
其他用 do 的健身活動還有仰臥起坐 sit-ups, 俯地挺身 push-ups, 拉單槓 pull-ups 等
