為了看醫生而「掛號」並不是用 register 這個字
而是用片語：make a doctor’s appointment (注意要用所有格)

I cancelled my doctor’s appointment online.注意如果要表達預約的看診時間，介系詞是用 for，而不是 in / at / on
(我透過網路取消了掛號。)

I made a doctor’s appointment for next Monday.(如果改成 on Monday，意思會是指掛號這件事是周一發生的)
