字面上的意思是「以它所值的…」
這是什麼意思啊？
其實這個片語是用在要告訴人家一件事
但你不確定對那人有沒有用的時候
反正你就講出來，由那人自己去判斷
所以比較接近「不管說這個有沒有用，……」
它的後面可以接任何句子
只要你有這個意思就行了
但要注意它不能獨立存在
