它其實指的是中式餐廳常見的這種餐桌轉盤
至於它為什麼叫 lazy Susan 已不可考
有一說是因為 Susan 在當時是很常見的女傭名字 (類似菲傭的瑪麗亞吧…)
而這東西可以省掉女傭不少幫用餐者分菜的工夫
不過這只能當笑話聽聽，沒有人肯定它的真實性
