什麼叫 pocket dial 呢?
大家應該知道 pocket 是口袋, 而 dial 是打電話時播號的動作
合起來以後, a pocket dial 就是指把手機放在口袋裡, 結果不小心按到而播號出去的狀況
這種經驗相信大家多少都有過
這樣誤播出去的一通電話, 就叫 pocket dial
比如
A: What did he say in the message?
B: Nothing. It was a pocket dial.
I think I just made a pocket dial to my sister.
I got a pocket dial from Nick and overheard him having a fight with his wife.
