我們可以用它的 名詞 allergy [ˋælɚdʒi] 要講對什麼過敏的話, 句型是 have a/an ____ allergy 比如 ”我對灰塵過敏” 就是 I have a dust allergy.
”我兒子對蛋過敏” My son has an egg allergy.
但是英文好玩的地方, 就在於可以用不同詞性來表達同樣意思
不過我們要動動腦, 想一想如何以正確的文法將句中的字重新排列組合
像 ”過敏” 其實也可以用它的 形容詞 allergic [əˋlɝdʒɪk] 來講
此時句型就要用 be allergic to ... 比如: I am allergic to dust. (= I have a dust allergy.)
My son is allergic to eggs. (= My son has an egg allergy.)
Tom is allergic to seafood. = Tom has a seafood allergy.
”過敏症發作” 則是 have an allergy attack
(像心臟病發作也是 have a heart attack)
比如: “我今天早上過敏發作, 不停打噴嚏”

如果要講 ”過敏嚴重發作”, 就在 allergy attack 前面加上 bad, serious 等字
變成 I have a bad allergy attack / a serious allergy attack this morning.
