相信很多人不知道 ”皮蛋” 這個東西的英文怎麼說, 今天就來教大家一下
其實它有很多種說法, 但是都和它的 ”長壽” (可以保存很久) 有關
像是 century-egg(s), thousand-year egg(s), thousand-year-old egg(s) 等
不過不是每個老外都熟悉東方食物
所以如果講以上名稱他還是不知道是什麼時
就可以告訴他那是一種 preserved duck egg (經過醃製防腐處理的鴨蛋)
