雖然不知道這個說法是從哪來的，不過很有可能是從英文來的
因為英文裡就有一個片語 off the chart 正是這個意思
chart 本身就是「圖表」的意思，而 off 這個介系詞有「脫離」的意思
所以要說「……破表」就是 …… be off the chart.
注意要用事物當主詞
例如：
