以致許多人錯用很多英文字彙
比如 lottery 這個字，很多英文教材或字典上的解釋都是「彩券」、「獎券」等
事實上這根本是嚴重誤導學習者的解釋，也是錯誤的中譯
因為 lottery 指的並不是那張「券」，而是這種遊戲/活動的名稱
也就是說它的意思其實應該是「彩券遊戲」
所以我們當然不能說「我買了一個彩券遊戲」
那張有號碼的紙，也就是彩券，英文裡是用 ticket 這個字
「我昨天買了一張彩券」要說 I bought a lottery ticket yesterday. 才對
